This is located on the Eastern tip of Maury Island and is a good destination for a picnic lunch. I believe the lighthouse is still working, but it's current distinction is that this point was the epicenter of a little earthquake we had in the summer of 1999.
I can't seem to find this one at the UW Earthquake page but Robinson Point did have a 5.0 earthquake on January 28, 1995. |
